LA CHAPELLE AUX ARBRES in France

Hi my name is Virginie KARCZ. I live in the north of France (near Belgium) and have a small select kennel.
All my collies live in my house and as I have neighbours, I can only have a maximum of 9 collies (but actually I have 5). That's why I am very critical with my breeding and when I am buying a puppy.
I know what is my "type" in tricolour and blue-merle, but I admire many sable "types", many sable lines. I love very typed collies, with excellent and well placed and a little bit strong stop, lovely eyes (not big and opened), lovely and strong construction and I like temperament (I do not like too sweet character !). I am a great admirer of marvellous movement but have to admit many countries have lost this quality, we have to work on it !
The puppies are born in my house and are bred in, with their mother until their tender age of 8 weeks old. And of course, I check the eyes of the pups around 7-8 weeks old, and for the whole litter because for me testing the only pup I keep does not mean anything. The puppies are socialized every day, with different noises, people, situation, etc ..... It is so important for their future life with their new owners.
I like a lot doing dogshows but some results are very frustating, it is always for the sames, even if you have best collies.
But I am always positive, and as I have written in my presentation, I bred the collie I like and not the collie the judges like or the other breeders like.
The end of the year will be blue and tri, so do not hesitate to have a look on my hp regularly ! And if you are nice, perhaps, I will tell you my secret litter plans !

I am not a writer, perhaps in my dreams... But I don't think I have a talent in that.
No, I just like to talk, to write in English, as I think it is very useful for me to improve always my English, spoken and written.

Very nice words, Virginie, i admire the fact that you keep all the dogs inside, i know that i couldn't cope with that, i have only two and most of the time they live outside. It has to be a lot of joy in your house...

yes, I have to admit that sometimes it is the mess in the house, but I have made a choice : my dogs first and my house is in second position. I have no problems with that as my dogs are everything for me, they are my joy.
